Solution
A dedicated, CAD-capable site plan designer with direct linking to booking data. Inquiries, spaces, and booked products are brought together centrally in one plan, always up to date and visible to the entire team at any time.

Result
Space planned live, inquiries answered immediately, and the venue fully booked early, without any external back-and-forth. The result: the average booth space per exhibitor has increased by 8%.
A CAD-capable, web-based site plan designer that organizers can operate independently. Objects and stand spaces can be drawn in a user-friendly manner, priced, and directly referenced in the CRM.
The plan is geo-referenced: satellite images can be toggled on and off, which is particularly helpful for outdoor planning.

Organizers control sales centrally via the booking form and quote flow, directly linking the space planned in the site layout with the offer or deal. Stand space requests can be placed directly in the plan using drag-and-drop.
For the team, this means: an ongoing overview of which spaces are sold, requested, or reserved, and spaces that can be adapted with ease.
Exhibitors book via the booking form or in the exhibitor portal, including stand-related products such as power connections. Each product is directly assigned to the corresponding stand area in the site plan.
With one click, the organizer can see which product is booked for which area and, if required, export a PDF on which the stand equipment is marked, for example all stands with a power connection. This ensures that every booking is clearly assigned to the correct stand and fully documented for set-up.
