Challenge

As a new trade fair format, MIKO Connect launched without established structures or existing exhibitors. Every exhibitor had to be newly acquired – and in a way convincing enough for manufacturers and suppliers to commit to a young format.

Solution

A fully digital booking and quotation flow with package selection and pre-filled forms. Follow-up bookings, data retrieval, and communication are handled centrally in the exhibitor portal – transparent for everyone involved.

Result

Over 50 exhibitors were systematically recruited, a successful debut, and a booking process that felt professional from the very beginning. The result: Many exhibitors have already confirmed their participation for 2028.

The central place for everything important: Exhibitors upload logos, product images and company data themselves, book additional services as needed, and always keep track of their booking. For the MIKO Connect team, this means fewer follow-up questions, clean data, and transparent communication.

The most direct path to a second successful edition: Even during and after the trade fair, exhibitors can securely commit to their participation for 2028—digitally, without paperwork, and before the competition books the best stand spaces. This turns a successful debut into a solid planning foundation.
