As a new flagship format for the furniture and interior industry, MIKO Connect brings together manufacturers, suppliers and decision-makers in a modern, focused trade show experience. Together with Fairoo, MIKO Connect organized its 2026 premiere digitally: from exhibitor acquisition and data collection in the exhibitor portal to on-site rebooking.

Challenge
As a new trade show format, MIKO Connect started without established structures and without an existing exhibitor base. Every exhibitor had to be acquired from scratch, and convincingly enough for manufacturers and suppliers to commit to a young format.
Solution
A fully digital booking and offer flow with package selection and pre-filled forms. Additional bookings, data collection and communication run centrally through the exhibitor portal, transparent for everyone involved.
Result
More than 50 exhibitors acquired in a structured way, a successful premiere and a booking process that felt professional from day one. The result: many exhibitors have already confirmed their participation for 2028.

Exhibitor portal and shop
The central place for everything that matters: exhibitors upload logos, product images and company data themselves, book additional services and keep track of their booking at all times. For the MIKO Connect team, this means fewer queries, clean data and transparent communication.
Rebooking
The most direct path to a successful second edition: during and after the show, exhibitors can already secure their participation for 2028, digitally, without paperwork and before competitors book the best booth locations. A successful premiere becomes a stable planning foundation.
