We're building the operating system for trade shows
Fairoo is a team based in Munich. We build a platform on which trade show organizers run their entire exhibitor business: from the first offer through floor planning and the exhibitor portal to rebooking at the live show. Our best ideas come from build-up days, from the booth floor and from conversations with organizers.

Mission
If Germany wants to stay competitive as a business location, it has to stay strong as a trade fair nation.
Two thirds of the world's leading trade fairs take place in Germany, and exhibitors invest 11.8 billion euros here every year. Yet the exhibitor's customer journey still runs manually across separate systems, without a structure that AI agents could build on.
What we believe in
The future is in person
AI is flooding inboxes, LinkedIn and cold outreach with generated messages. The more interchangeable digital sales channels become, the more a face-to-face meeting counts, and that happens at trade shows.
AI for routine, people for decisions
AI should simplify admin work and take repetitive tasks off people's plates. We automate what has to be done quickly and without errors, and leave creative and consequential decisions to people.
As simple as an online campaign
Exhibiting at a trade show should be as simple for exhibitors as running an online campaign: choose a space, book it, plan the booth and add services, all in one place.
Structure first, then AI
AI agents are only as good as the data they work on. That's why we build the backbone first: one shared data foundation for offers, floor plans, exhibitors and invoices. Automation builds on top of it.

Since launch in September '25
Not a single customer has churned since we started. They stay because the value is undeniable and the system becomes mission-critical to their events.
